4. Service Delivery Timing:
– Standard Solution Service:
Enquiries submitted to ChamberCustoms by 4:00pm (local time) can anticipate a solution within one working day.
– *Same-day solutions: Enquiries submitted to ChamberCustoms by 1:00pm (local time) will receive a solution by 5:00pm (local time) on the same working day.
Enquiries submitted after this time will receive a solution by midday on the following working day.
5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:If ChamberCustoms is unable to provide a solution to your query the token will be considered unused. Only in these circumstances, the unused token can be refunded on request.
6. Confidentiality: We treat all client information and enquiries with strict confidentiality.
7. Limitation of Liability: We provide information and guidance to the best of our knowledge and abilities, based on the tariff as it existed on the date of issue. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the value of the token purchased.
8. User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your enquiries.
9. Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel your service request and receive a full refund before we commence any work. In cases where a token is purchased but not utilised for submitting an enquiry, customers may request a refund for the token amount, with a deduction of a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for expired tokens.
